Payment and refund terms
Part of the Public Offer. Covers what Baits cost, how you can pay, how refunds work, the share we keep and how Creators receive their Reward.
1. Price
100 Baits = 1 USDT. We count in dollars (USDT); Russian-speaking Viewers see the Alert price in roubles at the single Platform rate. The amount and the number of Baits are shown in the checkout form before payment. The minimum Alert price is 0.5 USDT unless the Creator has set a higher one. Viewers pay no hidden extras.
Baits are spent on the Alert at once, are not kept on a Viewer balance and cannot be exchanged back for money.
Single rate. Roubles and USDT are converted at the single Platform rate (clause 3.6 of the offer). Each operation uses the rate at the time it happened.
2. How you can pay
- crypto: USDT (TRC-20, BEP-20, TON, Solana, Polygon, ERC-20), USDC (BEP-20, Solana, Polygon, ERC-20), BTC, ETH (Ethereum, BNB Chain), LTC, BCH, TRX, BNB, SOL, GRAM, POL (Polygon, Ethereum). Heleket accepts and converts the payment; the Viewer pays network gas when sending;
- CS2, Dota 2 and Rust skins. Our partner SkinsBack accepts and values the items, and the trade happens in Steam; the valuation and its USDT amount are locked at the time of payment.
Payments are final. A blockchain transaction and a confirmed Steam trade cannot be recalled or disputed through a bank. Check the Creator, amount and text before paying.
GoDonateMe is not affiliated with Valve Corporation or Steam. Trades follow Steam’s rules and SkinsBack’s terms. We do not accept, hold or sell skins ourselves — we only receive the valuation of the payment from SkinsBack.
3. Refunds
3.1. A refund is possible only in the cases in section 5 of the offer: the Alert was not triggered through our fault, the same invoice was paid twice, or a crypto payment failed the AML check.
3.2. To request one, email support@godonate.me with the payment ID, date, amount, payment method and Creator Page.
3.3. We review requests within 10 calendar days. Crypto goes back to the address it came from, via Heleket, minus network gas. Skins cannot be returned — SkinsBack has already accepted them: if a skins-paid Alert was not triggered through our fault, we trigger it again, and if that is not possible, we refund its value in USDT to a wallet you provide.
3.4. The service is provided once the Alert’s value appears on the Creator’s balance as “Credited” or “Pending” (clause 4.4 of the offer). After that, refunds on request are not available.
3.5. An Alert not appearing on stream, or being hidden, skipped or deleted by the Creator, including before it airs, is not a ground for a refund (clause 5.4 of the offer).
In short. Payments in crypto and skins are final. If we made a mistake, email support with the payment ID and we’ll reply within 10 days. Once the alert is on the Creator’s balance, refunds on request aren’t available.
4. Contractor’s Share
Creator Reward = value of Baits spent on Alerts on the Creator Page, minus the Contractor’s Share.
The calendar-month volume is shared: crypto and in-game item payments add up, and that total picks the row in both tables. The share is set when the Alert is paid; Rewards already credited are not recalculated.

In short. We take a small percentage of each alert, and it gets smaller as the Creator’s monthly volume grows. For skins it is 1% higher than for crypto, because we also pay to move that money from our partner.
5. Reward payouts
Rewards are paid in USDT only to the wallet saved in the dashboard; there are no payouts to bank cards or accounts. Each withdrawal is charged 1 USDT for us plus the gas of the chosen network at Heleket’s rate (section 6). Heleket technically executes the payout; if its balance is short, we send the payout ourselves from our own wallet, with the same amount and deductions. Current rates are on the Fees page and in the dashboard before you confirm a request.

In short. Withdrawals are USDT only: 1 USDT to us plus network gas. CS2 skins are credited after 7 days, crypto and Dota 2/Rust skins right after confirmation.
6. Network gas
The network sets gas and Heleket withholds it; we do not receive it. The Viewer pays gas when paying in crypto; on an AML return it is taken from the refunded amount; on a Creator withdrawal, from the withdrawal.
On withdrawal, Heleket withholds gas at its own fixed rate per network. The rate includes a buffer and may exceed the actual transfer cost; the difference stays with Heleket, is not received by us and is not refunded. Heleket is responsible for the rate and its changes.
7. Delayed payouts
We may pause a payout for signs of fraud, during AML/KYC checks, at the request of authorities, and on other grounds in the offer and the law.
In short. A payout may be held during a check if there are signs of fraud or a request from authorities.
8. Changes
We may change rates and these Terms. A new version is published on the site; the date it applies from is stated in it and is never earlier than the law allows.
9. Creator dashboard
The dashboard shows triggered Alerts, Baits spent, the Contractor’s Share, and payout statuses and amounts.
