What is prohibited

Getting support is fine. Selling through alerts and collecting money for others is not.

Getting support from your audience through Alerts is fine, with or without streams. But the platform must not be used for:

  • selling goods, services, digital content or access to it — subscriptions, courses, keys, accounts, in-game services — where the Alert is the payment;
  • collecting money for others, people or organisations, including charity and targeted fundraisers on their behalf;
  • giveaways, lotteries, gambling, investment schemes, currency exchange and loan matching;
  • fraud, phishing, money laundering, evading sanctions or limits;
  • content prohibited by law;
  • threats, insults, spam and infringing other people's rights.

What happens on a violation

We may remove messages, restrict the account, suspend payouts and, where there is a legal basis, share data with the authorities.

Who answers for the text

The Viewer who wrote an Alert and the Creator who airs it answer for its text. Use moderation and the spam filter to stay safe.
