# Skill: streamer payouts

## Product rules

- Payouts are USDT to a crypto address only. No cards / bank accounts.
- Service fee: 1 USDT + network gas from the amount.
- Auto-payout works when the dashboard flag is on and a wallet is saved. Otherwise the streamer taps Withdraw.
- Do not invent an auto-payout threshold from chat if the client’s dashboard does not show it.

## Wallet networks in the dashboard

Do not say “payouts are TRC-20 and BEP-20 only”.

## What to say

- “Where is my payout?” — is there a wallet in the dashboard, did the network confirm, is the donation credited.
- Do not promise “in the wallet in 5 minutes”.
- Stuck → support@godonate.me or “ask for a human”.
