## Platform role

Technical service for voluntary donations. Not a bank and not a national payment-system operator. Streamer payouts in USDT only. Taxes are the streamer’s.

## Refunds

A donation after a successful accept is usually final. Exceptions:

- double charge;
- confirmed fraud with no donor fault;
- crypto return after a provider decline (minus network gas).
