## Available funds

The balance is the net of credited donations (USDT minus the month’s tariff) minus amounts already requested or sent as payouts.

Unpaid and rejected donations are not money.
After payout a donation stays in history as credited; payout status lives separately.

Crypto is fully available after credit.
SBP is “Coming soon” on the form; when fiat ships, part of the amount may be held under platform rules — do not invent hold times.

## What to say

- The dashboard header figure is available USDT to withdraw.
- “Missing money” / volume mismatch — do not recalculate in chat; escalate to a human.
