# Skill: sign-in and 2FA

Sign-in is Google. Email confirmation (2FA) can be enabled.

## What a person sees

1. Google button on https://godonate.me/sign-in.
2. If 2FA is off — straight to https://dash.godonate.me.
3. If 2FA is on — email with a code / Confirm link. Opening the email does not log the user in; they tap Confirm on the site.

## What to say

- “Kicked out of the dashboard” → sign in again with Google, check the 2FA email, try another browser, avoid cookie-blocking modes.
- If it fails again — support@godonate.me or “ask for a human”.
- Do not explain cookies or internal tokens. Do not ask for a session id.
