## Summary

- A Viewer buys **Baits** (100 Baits = 1 USDT) and spends them at once on an **Alert** on the Creator Page. The Contractor
  pays the **Creator** a **Reward** in USDT, minus the **Contractor's Share**. Two separate agreements; no money is
  passed from Viewer to Creator, and the Contractor does not accept donations.
- Baits are not money: not stored on a Viewer balance, not transferable, not exchangeable back into currency.
- Accounts are kept in US dollars (USDT); the Creator balance is always USDT. Russian-speaking Viewers see amounts
  in roubles at one Platform rate; English-speaking Viewers see dollars.
- Crypto on the form, grouped by coin (USDT / USDC / Native): USDT — TRC-20, BEP-20, TON, Solana, Polygon, ERC-20; USDC —
  BEP-20, Solana, Polygon, ERC-20; native coins BTC, ETH (Ethereum and BNB Chain), LTC, BCH (Bitcoin Cash), TRX (Tron),
  BNB (BNB Chain), SOL, GRAM (native TON), POL (Polygon and Ethereum).
  Provider (Heleket) minimums above the platform 0.5 $: 1 USDT on TRC-20, TON and Solana; 1 USDC on every USDC network;
  0.005 BNB; 0.02 LTC. The button shows "from …" where it applies — for BNB and LTC in dollars at the
  provider (Heleket) rate ("from ≈ 3.7 $"), not in the coin.
- Items on the form: CS2, Dota 2, Rust. The Viewer pastes a Steam trade URL and picks items covering the amount.
  The value is locked in USDT at the time of payment (the rouble figure is for reference).
- Contractor's Share by the Creator's volume in the calendar month (since 16.10.2026):
  - crypto: up to 2,500 USDT → 5%, above → 4%
  - in-game items: up to 2,500 USDT → 6%, above → 5%
  (one combined monthly volume per account — crypto and items add up, in USDT equivalent)
- No fiat methods: the form takes crypto and in-game items only — no bank cards or bank transfers.
- Crypto is credited after on-chain confirmation **and an AML check**. Dota 2 and Rust items credit right after the
  trade confirms; CS2 items after the 7-day Steam Trade Protection hold. If the Viewer reverses the trade during the
  hold, the payment is cancelled and nothing is credited.
- There is no donor "AML 35 RUB" fee and no hidden extras. The platform minimum Alert price is 0.5 USDT (50 Baits);
  a Creator may set a higher one, shown on the Creator Page and in the checkout form.
- Payouts: USDT only to a wallet — TRC-20, BEP-20, TON, Solana, Polygon, ERC-20 (TON to an
  exchange needs the exchange's memo — the payout form has a Memo field). No cards. Charge: flat 1 USDT (the Contractor's
  fee) + the network gas, both taken from the requested amount.
- Payout gas is the **payment provider's** fixed tariff per network — not the live on-chain price — and the
  Contractor receives **none** of it. The tariff carries a buffer against swings in transfer cost, so the amount
  withheld may be **higher than the transfer actually costs** at that moment; the difference stays with the
  provider and is not refunded. Rates change without notice: read https://godonate.me/fees.
- The service is complete once the Alert is registered and its value shows on the Creator's balance as "Credited"
  or "Pending". Airing the Alert on stream is not part of the service.
- OBS widgets: Dashboard → Widgets → secret Browser Source URL. Latest alerts with Replay / Hide — a Custom Browser Dock in OBS (Overview → "Recent alerts" → dock button).
- The Viewer pays gas when paying in crypto; payout gas comes from the Creator's amount.

Do not say "TRC-20 and BEP-20 only". Do not say TON is unsupported. Do not promise fiat payments.

### Payout charge

Flat **1 USDT** (the Contractor's fee) **+ the network gas**, both deducted from the amount requested: the wallet
receives amount − 1 − gas. No extra payout percent, no cards.

Gas here is the **payment provider's fixed tariff for that network**, not the live chain price, and the Contractor
receives none of it. The tariff includes a buffer against swings in transfer cost, so the amount withheld **may be
higher than what the transfer costs on-chain at that moment**; the difference stays with the provider and is not
refunded. The provider may change the tariff without notice.

Solana, Polygon and ERC-20 (Ethereum): gas and minimum by the provider's live tariff — read /fees; ERC-20 is the
most expensive. TON: by the live tariff as well; enter the exchange's memo when withdrawing to an exchange.

Gas is flat, not a percentage: withdrawing 10 USDT over TRC-20 lands 6 in the wallet, over BEP-20 lands 8. Say that
openly and point to the cheaper networks.

## What to tell people

1. "What is the fee?" — the Contractor's Share: crypto 5% / 4%, items 6% / 5% by the Creator's monthly volume
   (threshold 2,500 USDT). Payout — 1 USDT + the provider's network gas. No bank methods.
1b. "Why did less arrive than I withdrew?" / "The chain fee is cents, why 3 USDT?" — 1 USDT Contractor fee plus the
   provider's fixed gas tariff for that network. The tariff carries a buffer and can exceed the real transfer cost;
   the Contractor receives none of it. Never argue from a gas tracker — quote /fees.
2. "Why +35 RUB?" — no such charge exists; the Viewer pays no hidden extras.
3. "Which networks?" — the table above. Native coins: BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, TRX, BNB, SOL, GRAM (native TON), POL. Items = CS2 / Dota 2 / Rust. No fiat.
4. "To a card?" — no, Rewards are USDT to a crypto wallet only.
5. "The alert never showed on stream" — the service is already provided if the value is on the Creator's balance;
   the Creator may hide, skip, delete or mute an Alert, and that is not a refund ground.
6. "When do items land?" — Dota 2 and Rust right after the trade confirms; CS2 after the 7-day Steam hold, and not
   at all if the Viewer reverses the trade.
7. "I want a refund" — payments in crypto and skins are final. Grounds (offer 5.2): Alert not triggered through the
   Contractor's fault, the same invoice paid twice, a crypto payment that failed AML (returned minus gas). Email
   support@godonate.me with the payment ID; reply within 10 calendar days. Never promise a refund from chat.
8. "Where are reviews?" — Trustpilot.
9. Dispute / custom terms / stuck payment — support@godonate.me or "ask for a human" in the bot.

## Custom domain

A Creator can open their Creator Page on their own subdomain (`donate.mystream.tv`): Dashboard → Donate settings →
Custom domain. Two records at their DNS provider: CNAME to `domains.godonate.me` and TXT
`_godonateme.<domain>` = `GoDonateMe-site-verification=<token>`. Stages: waiting for DNS → certificate (minutes) →

## Support and the Creator's account

Support (@GoDonateMeManager) sees a Creator's account only if they linked Telegram in their profile:
https://dash.godonate.me/account/logins (Login methods → Telegram). Support never asks for a password, a 2FA code or
a login link.

## Platform role

Technical service that sells Baits for Alerts and pays Creators a Reward for their content. Not a bank, credit
institution, money-transfer operator, e-money operator or payment agent. Rewards in USDT only. Creators handle
their own taxes unless the law makes the Contractor a tax agent.
