Voices, the amount threshold and volume — how messages are read aloud.

An Alert's message can be read aloud on stream.

Voices

The form and dashboard offer six voices: eve, ara, rex, sal, leo, luna. The Viewer picks a voice on your page. Speech is in English or Russian.

Where to set it up

• My page → Voice — turn the voice on for the form and set the amount threshold.
• Widgets → Speech synthesis — the default voice and volume.

The threshold

A message is read only if the amount reaches the threshold. The threshold cannot be below the Alert minimum.

No voice?

• Check the threshold: the amount may have been lower.
• Check the Browser source volume in OBS.
• Send a test from the dashboard.

You can mute the voice or hide a message at any time — the payment is not affected.
