• Support email — support@godonate.me: refunds, disputes, stuck payments.
• Legal questions — legal@godonate.me.

What to include

• Your GoDonateMe username.
• The payment or payout ID if it is about money.
• What you did and what you saw — a screenshot helps a lot.
